IT’S TUESDAY! DAY 2 OF OUR 5 WEEK FITNESS CHALLENGE!

I hope your Monday workout went well! I know mine did because I am fairly sore today! This week will be a challenge, especially if these movements are new to you. I want to encourage you to have a positive mindset, remember this is all for you and your health!

Tuesday March 19th Workout

  • Close Stance Squat 3x10-12

  • Front Squat 3x10-12

  • Single Leg-Leg Curl 3x10-12

  • Stair Calves 6x10-12

  • Skull Crushers 3x10-12

  • Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3x10-12
