March 20th Workout - Rest Day

Today is your much earned rest day! They key on rest days is to not be completely stagnant, but to do something relaxing to recover from your workouts. Here are some ideas for your rest day.

  • Take your dog for a walk

  • Pull your little ones in a wagon for a nice walk in the neighborhood

  • Stretch those hips out! I will be stretching because Tuesday was killer!

  • Foam Roll
