THURSDAY! DAY 4 OF OUR 5 WEEK FITNESS CHALLENGE!

You have made it this far, do not quit on yourself! I love that you are in this with me!

March 21 Workout

  • Wide Grip Pull Up 3x10

  • Underhand Pull Up 3x10

  • Barbell Bent Over Row 3x10-12

  • Dumbbell Rear Lateral Raise 3x10-12

  • Wide Grip Bench 3x10-12

  • Low Incline Dumbbell Press 3x10-12

  • Modified Candlestick 2x20

Ok today is definitely the toughest day for me because of the pull ups! I will be doing the pull-ups with some assistance from resistance bands, so if that is something you need to do also do not feel bad! I am not able to pull my body weight, yet, but I plan to get there! So just do what you can with todays workout but don’t quit!
