March 21 Workout
Wide Grip Pull Up 3x10
Underhand Pull Up 3x10
Barbell Bent Over Row 3x10-12
Dumbbell Rear Lateral Raise 3x10-12
Wide Grip Bench 3x10-12
Low Incline Dumbbell Press 3x10-12
Modified Candlestick 2x20
Ok today is definitely the toughest day for me because of the pull ups! I will be doing the pull-ups with some assistance from resistance bands, so if that is something you need to do also do not feel bad! I am not able to pull my body weight, yet, but I plan to get there! So just do what you can with todays workout but don’t quit!
