Clean Eats : Lemon Pepper Ground Beef

Lemon Pepper Ground Beef + Sides
Lean Ground Beef (leanest of the selection)
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Brown or White Rice
Asparagus (fresh or frozen)
* I don’t use exact measurements because I just throw this together and the amounts are completely up to your liking. No wrong way! I like to make a big portion of beef, rice and veggies for meal prep for the week. *
Step 1 : On medium heat, brown the ground beef.
Step 2 : While ground beef is browning (cooking) go ahead and get a start on boiling your brown rice. I like to get the Minute Brown Rice.
Step 3 : Preheat oven to 415º. Get that asparagus trimmed and lined on a baking pan with a little salt, pepper, and olive oil. Then put in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes. If using frozen asparagus just throw it in the microwave and follow instructions on the bag.
Step 4 : By now your ground beef is close to being done, go ahead and sprinkle desired amount of lemon pepper seasoning and mix.
Once everything is done, you are ready to eat! Grab a bowl, throw some rice in first, beef second and then top it with your baked or microwave asparagus! Super simple and delicious! It even taste great the next day!
